About Capstone

Capstone Physical Therapy is a therapist owned private practice based in Whatcom and Snohomish Counties. We have 8 clinics conveniently located in Bellingham, Lynden, Ferndale, Birch Bay, Blaine, and Bothell, Washington. Each of our therapy facilities was professionally designed to offer the latest in patient care and comfort. Capstone offers private treatment rooms and a large gym area with modern equipment in a professional clinic. Capstone is also the only Physical Therapy with the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill north of Seattle. We are proud to offer two of these revolutionary machines, one in our Lynden clinic and one in our Bakerview – Bellingham clinic.

We work with our patients to help them to achieve the best possible outcomes while equipping them with the tools to return to previous function and activities. Capstone offers a variety of services, including physical therapy and occupational therapy.
